We collect your email address when you sign in, shipping addresses when you place orders, and 3D files you upload for quote requests. We also collect usage data to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders, send transactional emails, facilitate payments via Stripe, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting and file storage, and MongoDB for data storage. Each service has its own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

5. Cookies

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie (f3p_session) for authentication. No tracking cookies are used.
