Fast3DPart ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using Fast3DPart, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information: email address, name, and optionally a Google account ID if you sign in with Google
• Seller profile information: business name, bio, location, phone number, capabilities, and equipment details
• Shipping addresses you add to your account
• Design files and specifications you upload for quote requests or orders
• Payment-related information processed on your behalf by our payment provider

We also collect information automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and general usage patterns to help us operate and improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process orders, quotes, and payments
• To send transactional emails such as order confirmations, payout notifications, and dispute alerts
• To verify your phone number for seller accounts
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations
• To improve and operate the platform

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Information Shared Between Users

When a buyer places an order, their shipping name and address are shared with the seller to fulfill the order. Sellers' business names, locations, and equipment capabilities may be displayed publicly on their shop profile. We do not share financial account details between users.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the platform. These providers may process your data on our behalf:

• Payment processing — handled securely by our payment provider
• SMS verification — used to verify seller phone numbers
• Email delivery — used to send transactional notifications
• Cloud hosting and file storage — used to serve the platform and store uploaded files
• Database storage — used to store account and order data

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

6. Cookies and Session Data

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie for authentication purposes. This cookie does not track you across other websites and is deleted when you log out or it expires. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial and legal obligations. Uploaded design files associated with completed or cancelled orders may be deleted after 90 days. You may request deletion of your account at any time — see Section 9.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), HTTP-only session cookies, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Fast3DPart after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
