1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fast3DPart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

Fast3DPart is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of 3D printed parts. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We facilitate payments via Stripe Connect and charge a platform fee on each transaction.

3. Seller Obligations

Sellers must complete Stripe Connect onboarding, fulfill orders as described, and ship within the stated lead time. Sellers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their listings.

4. Buyer Obligations

Buyers must provide accurate shipping information and only upload files they have the right to print. Buyers agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes.

5. Platform Fee

Fast3DPart charges a 10% platform fee on each completed transaction. This fee is deducted automatically via Stripe Connect.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not list or request prints of weapons, illegal items, counterfeit goods, or any content that violates applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fast3DPart is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, shipping delays, or product quality issues. Our liability is limited to the platform fee collected on the transaction in question.
