1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fast3DPart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

Fast3DPart is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of custom-manufactured parts and products, including but not limited to 3D printed parts, CNC machined components, laser-cut and engraved items, UV-printed goods, and other fabrication services. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We facilitate payments and charge a platform fee on each transaction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fast3DPart. By using the platform you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must complete payment onboarding before receiving payouts. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their work, fulfilling orders as described, and shipping within any stated lead time. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including export controls, safety regulations, and intellectual property law. Sellers may not misrepresent their capabilities, equipment, or materials.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers must provide accurate shipping information and payment details. Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any designs, files, or artwork submitted to sellers. Buyers agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to procure items that violate applicable law.

6. Quotes and Custom Orders

Quote requests submitted through Fast3DPart are non-binding until a seller issues a formal quote and the buyer accepts it. Accepted quotes constitute an agreement between the buyer and seller. Fast3DPart is not responsible for the outcome of custom orders beyond facilitating payment.

7. Platform Fee

Fast3DPart charges a 10% platform fee on each completed transaction. This fee is non-refundable except at Fast3DPart's sole discretion.

8. Payments and Payouts

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Sellers receive payouts on a rolling basis after orders are fulfilled, subject to standard hold periods and Fast3DPart's payout schedule. Fast3DPart reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of disputes, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

9. Refunds and Disputes

Buyers may request a refund or file a dispute if an order is not fulfilled as described. Fast3DPart may mediate disputes at its discretion but is not obligated to do so. Chargebacks initiated outside of Fast3DPart's dispute process may result in account suspension. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

10. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use Fast3DPart to list, request, or produce: weapons or weapon components, illegal items, counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods, items that violate export control laws, or any content that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law. Fast3DPart reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their original designs and listings. Buyers retain ownership of files they upload. By submitting content to Fast3DPart, you grant us a limited license to display and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. Fast3DPart does not claim ownership of user-submitted content.

12. Privacy

Your use of Fast3DPart is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Limitation of Liability

Fast3DPart is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, shipping delays, product quality issues, personal injury, property damage, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to any party is limited to the platform fee collected on the transaction in question.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fast3DPart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

15. Modifications

Fast3DPart reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction.
